Host Bill of Rights
- Your rules, in your words. House rules are written by you and shown verbatim, checkout tasks included.
- Keep 100% of your price. No commission, no service fee, no fee on your cleaning fee.
- Talk to your guests directly. Your website, your phone, your inbox. We hand travelers to you and step aside.
- Offer the discounts you choose. Advertise a book-direct discount on your listing, the one the platforms won't let you mention.
- Your cleaner's standards, not a platform's. You decide what a ready home looks like.
What you get as a Founding Host
The first 500 hosts are free for 12 months and keep a Founding Host badge on their listing forever.
We'll ask one question when you list: would you pay $99 a year once we start charging? Your honest answer shapes what we build.
For travelers
Search rentals on a map, then book directly with the host. No service fees, no markups, no middleman.
For hosts
Keep 100% of your booking. We send travelers to your site, your phone, or your inbox, and show you exactly how many.
Not a platform
No bookings, no payments, no rules handed down. Every stay is between the traveler and the host.
